We were absolutely thrilled with the outcome of the stand. Your manager was incredibly helpful, efficient, and patient with us (even when our responses were slower than ideal). He gave us complete design freedom, expertly guided us through the exhibitor portal, and ensured we had everything we needed. Thanks to him, the entire process felt stress-free and seamless. After considering quotes from several exhibition builders, we ultimately chose you for your affordable pricing and the stunning glossy finish, which perfectly matched our brand. Seeing the stand in person reaffirmed our decision – it’s such a brilliant concept that would suit any brand. We especially appreciated your use of reusable panels, as we strongly dislike the waste typically associated with exhibitions. The flexibility in design was also a standout feature. The stand attracted plenty of attention, with many people stopping by just to admire it. Hopefully, your QR code generated some interest as well! We’ll definitely be using your services again in the future. What you’re doing right now is great. If I were to offer any feedback for improvement, there are two points I’d like to mention: 1. Regarding the design, there was a placeholder image inside the desk that wasn’t one of our images, and I hadn’t noticed it in the mock-ups. It wasn’t a major issue, as most people didn’t see it and we were standing behind the desk anyway. 2. The timing of the setup could have been communicated a little more clearly. We were initially unsure when your team would arrive, though it was a pleasant surprise to find the bulk of the work already completed two days before the exhibition began.
